EcoTara is a special haven located in the southern part of Gran Canaria, near a village called Fataga. It is nestled in a beautiful green valley with surrounding fruit trees and organic crops.
This is a great opportunity to take a winter retreat holiday before Christmas, where you can nourish yourself deeply with mouthwatering organic, vegetarian food which is grown at EcoTara. It is a perfect place to find your balance with holistic massages and to soak up the sun on the beautiful white-sand beaches or explore plenty of hiking trails.
There is also a pool and a jacuzzi which can be enjoyed under the night sky with plenty of space to relax and connect to yourself and nature, whilst immersing yourself in a daily yoga practise.
I will be teaching morning and evening sessions. The morning yoga classes will be more energising and the evenings will be restorative and soothing, with yin yoga, guided meditation, yoga nidra (relaxation).
My sessions can be adapted for all levels. I make sure everyone receives individual tuition and adjustments.
A delicious healthy vegetarian/vegan brunch & dinner using the finest ingredients will be served by the EcoTara in house chef after each session. Dietary requirements can be catered for upon request.

”It was a wonderful experience! I am pleased to say that Ladan’s yoga sessions during the retreat were exactly what I needed, and I now view yoga as an essential part of my life – something I need to do to help keep me balanced and secure in myself. I had attended yoga classes for most of 2018 leading up to the retreat, which was good in and of itself, but it also meant that I was able to get more from Ladan’s classes than if I had been an absolute beginner. However, I learnt more from her in the space of a week than I had learnt over the whole year! My understanding of my body has improved and deepened hugely, and, for me, the mind-body links and meditative practices that she is so clear about, make absolute sense. I enjoyed and found useful the breathwork, and I am very grateful to her for correcting me in some of the postures. All in all the experience has been quite a profound one for me, and is definitely influencing how I live and work – in very positive ways! The retreat house was lovely – especially the peaceful location away from all the crowds – and the food was absolutely delicious. What a treat before the Christmas holiday.”
