For me, Ladan combines just the right mix of serious yoga and fun. And she knows the technical aspects of the yoga poses, so while I'm practicing with her, I'm also learning how each pose benefits me. She's also a lovely person and pays careful attention to all of us while we're on the mat. I highly recommend taking her classes, either live or online.

Ladan's yoga classes are the best I've ever been to - both online and in person. I started her classes in Ealing 10 years ago, and I am so glad I did. She works to all levels, giving clear instructions and always allowing you to work at your own pace. The classes are relaxed, welcoming and friendly environment. Ladan always starts and ends with a meditation which I think is really lovely, and I always feel much better after I've had the session. My fitness and health has improved since I've going each week in the last 3 months.

Ladan is an excellent yoga teacher I have had 1.1 sessions with Ladan and online yoga . During online yoga session she will acknowledge all yogis . Her sessions are extremely interactive . In our 1.1 sessions she enabled me to be confident in yoga and encouraged me to be able to do things that other teachers said my body would be unable to do . Her workshops are amazing *****

It's hard to express how wonderful Ladan and her classes are- if I could give them 10 stars, I would! The classes are a perfect blend of the physical postures and flows, as well as Ladan teaching us breathing techniques and meditations. Ladan teaches us, demonstrates, and corrects us throughout the class. The classes are restorative, as challenging as we want to make them (with lots of options for different levels), and also fun and playful. They are good for your body and soul!
